Shipping & Returns
Orders
All Express Worldwide orders received during normal business hours; Monday to Friday, are processed between 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.
Italian deliveries will arrive within 1-2 business days from the date of shipment, European and international (extra Europe) deliveries may take an additional 2-6 days.
Shipping
We offer free shipping on all worldwide orders.
Return policy:
You may return or exchange (where available) your purchase, including sale items, subject to adherence to the following terms. Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 14 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition (including tags) and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All packaging (including garment bags) shipped with your order must be returned.
We do not offer refunds after 14 days of receipt. Return handling and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend trying on all purchased items as soon as they are received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
The customers must try on items wearing undergarments.
